Protocol seems to be that nurses answer or intercept. Messsges on my chart and I am not sure they always pass on my concerns vs trying to answer promptly ehich they are good at. However, in one instance it appeared to have not been read by the one intended who could act on it. Never-the-less, appropriate action was taken in due time by person able to solve the issue. Very satisfied w/ my care.
