Shaina Hakala is the most approachable yet also knowledgeable provider I have ever had, and her nurses are always exceptionally professional and compassionate as well. Shaina is dogged and persistent in her investigations of health questions, yet doesn't hesitate to provide referrals when needed. She supports and keeps herself informed on the care I receive from specialists while also looking after my general health. I moved two hours away due to housing costs but returned to this clinic because the care from Shaina and her team is exceptional. My care provider is very thorough and very attentive

As someone who has had subpar experiences with care providers and avoided seeing doctors in the past, I had such an outstanding experience with Shaina Hakala. She took time to listen to me and showed interest in every part of my care. She gave me actionable advice and has followed up regarding all tests I was sent for. I look forward to her being my new care provider and have recommended her to my partner and others. I feel very comfortable with this primary care relationship and look forward to the health improvements I will make under their guidance.

Shaina is a wonderful nurse practitioner. Actually she is much better than Dr. She sees patients as nurse point view, means more personal and caring. I wish more medical doctor take care of patients like her. She is the wonderful provider for Swedish. Thank you Shaina!
