This provider was knowledgeable but I didn't like her bed-side manner. She seemed slightly irritated with my questions. I had the feeling she belonged in a lab or a research facility instead of with patients. Her explanations were very technical and she spoke very fast.

The provider lacked compassion towards the patient, speaking in a robotic manner and not making eye contact. They also showed impatience and were unwilling to explain things clearly when asked for clarification by the patient.

Improve bedside manner - felt very unfriendly and emotionless; did not share test-result analysis until at an appointment that was several days after resulted

I didn't feel like my provider listened to my concerns. They didn't ask me about my current medication, and were unwilling to look at my tests from another practitioner. I didn't feel like they took my health complaints seriously.

This visit was great and the follow up with a endoscopy appointment was exceptional!!

I saw Ashley at the end of the day on a Friday. She was understandingly tired, nothing like my previous visit. I appreciate the care she has shown in the past but I won't be scheduling any late in the day on Friday again

She was great and she really listened. My regular doctor doesn't listen like that

The provider was excellent, she provided the information I was seeking for several years, spent plenty of time with me to explain and plan next steps. It was hard to get scheduled for this appointment and the wait time was very long, several months. In the end worth the wait but wish it was months sooner.

Provider is super knowledgeable and smart. I wish I could see her for overall care concerns as well.

It was a nice easy visit and every question was answered the people was nice and friendly and my appointment was quick and I thank the Dr. And the staff for making me feel comfortable, thanks Swedish....

Dr Ishido is pretty straightforward! I was denied a request for getting started on a testosterone treatment. I understood her NO for an answer but I will pursue a 2nd opinion. She knows her stuff and is good at her job!! For sure!

Professional, but not friendly. Doesn't really display much compassion or empathy. Not really necessary in the long run, as long as care needs are met, but it does seem to continue the trend of uncaring, unconcerned providers currently working in the system.

She is very good provider,and I would say keep it up.

Ashley Shishido is very knowledgeable, listens carefully, and has excellent patient communication skills. This was my first visit with her, and I was very pleased.

Dhe was very locked in my thoughts and what I had say along with my fears and took her time to make sure that I understood what she was telling me. I could tell that she really cared and was worried about my health she he's a plan of action that we can use to attack my situation and feel totally confident that she knows what she is doing and that I am in good hands and won't be going through this alone. I trust her and appreciate her !
