Dr. Amro had noticed one result that appeared inconsistent with other results for the lab tests he had ordered prior to our meeting. He explained he situation before I left his office and politely asked if it would be inconvenient for me to repeat that blood test, explaining that he thought that result had been due to a processing error of some kind. He ordered the retest which I completed before leaving Swedish. I received the results the following day by MyChart and a telephone call from Dr. Amro's office from his staff to Inform me that Dr Amro had reviewed the results of the retest which he now found to be normal. This is just another example of Dr. Amro's exceptional attention to detail and considerate followup to ensure that all was in order. He is outstanding!

I appreciate that Dr. Amro always comes into my appt well prepared with my medical history and lab results for tests that he has ordered, as well as tests that other doctors on my care team have ordered. Dr. Amro is very personable, a good listener, and always provides the right amount of information I require without me needing additional clarification. I trust Dr. Amro and know that he is intent on giving me the best care possible. Thank you.
