Doctor Dongmei Liu is the best neurologist I've ever seen.

She is my angel. I am very thankful for the opportunity to have her as my doctor. I ride 3 or 4 hours one way to see her. Most of the time it takes me a couple days to have 1 30 min appointment because I live a far distance away and I can't complete the trip in one day due to my pain. I save up money for maintenance, gas, food, hotel and always have to find a driver to bring me there. She makes every minute of the pain (back and migraine pain from my horse accident) I endure getting there and back home worth having her as my caregiver and I hope I have the opportunity for her to help me until I can get better. She gives me hope. Before my accident, I worked in maternal fetal medicine as a sonographer for 25 years. My goal is to get better and return to be a positive influence in others lives like Dr. Lui is to me. Thank you

Dr. Liu is an excellent provider. She cares about treating the whole body, not just why you are there. She is gentle and always concerned about any pain you might be having. She is great in my books.

Ease is scheduling is due to the fact I schedule with staff in person prior to leaving. They are wonderful. The phone system, however, is not. Swedish is notorious for difficulty scheduling via phone system. This practice is great in all other respects. Dr. Liu is exceptional and has changed my life for the better.

Dr. Liu is amazing, she always takes time with me to talk about any concerns I may have. I have even gone to Seattle to see her and for me, that's a big deal.

Excellent doctor!!! Sometimes Hard to get through on phone to neurology department

I really like Dr. Lui. She is very kind, attentive, and the help she has given me has definitely gotten rid of my migraines. The support staff is also great. I get checked in easily, and they somehow make sure all the video stuff gets taken care of very smoothly. :)

Dr. Dong Me Liu provides exceptional care. She has made a tremendous difference in my quality of life. I highly recommend her specifically for treatment of migraines. My negative comments have nothing to do with her care or expertise. The phone systems at Swedish/Providence are extremely frustrating and time consuming. Wait times are so very long. This problem is unrelated to providers, and across the Swedish/Providence system. I am sure that Swedish providers lose patients due to the difficulty navigating the phone system through no fault of their own. I will continue services with Dr. Liu due to her excellent care no matter where she practices, but I am not happy with Swedish/Providence system.

Dr Dongmei Liu is the most caring and concerned Dr I have ever seen . Every time I see her she asks me about my body as a whole and understands that one part is related to another part and has influence on the overall health . She doesn't just ask about my migraines , she asks about my neck fusion , my back fusion , my stress factors , my numb feet and whatever else she thinks may be contributing to the problem . She is a miracle worker and makes my life better by her care .

Dr. Lui always takes the time to get to know how I am doing. I never feel that I being rushed. The convenience of seeing her in Edmonds instead of Cherry Hill it's fantastic. She is my favorite doctor of all my providers.

SHe is the absolute best.

Ms. Liu is soft spoken and wearing a mask, she is difficult to understand. There is a caveat. I wear hearing aids, but have not worn them when meeting with Ms. Liu. She is an excellent doctor. As far as the 10 ratings. 10 is perfect and no one or no practice is perfect. I would recommend those with recurring headaches make an appointment to see her!

Dr Liu is the best neurologist I've seen in 14 years. She always listened and genuinely cares about helping me. I recommend all family who has the same chronic migraines as I do to her.
