Everything has been exceptional and I feel very confident in the care I've been receiving from Dr Patel and others. So the only thing that I would say could help even better is the ease in getting a appointment without such a long wait not only in the date of the appointment but the actual weight on the phone during the attempt to make an appointment. Having a brain aneurysm you can only imagine the anxiety of person feels and the longer I had to wait the worse it got. That would be the one thing that I would ask you guys to work on and I know that when things just get so busy and Dr Patel is in such need that these things do happen and I understand but I just wanted to friendly point it out.Thank you for everything to this point which has been excellent!

I like how the Swedish providers work together..

For the question about waiting to see the provider in the office, I wanted to clarify. Dr. Patel was called to the operating room for an emergency surgery right before my appointment. Even so he saw me within 45 minutes of my scheduled appointment despite having to go to the operating room.

Dr Patel has already performed two surgeries which helped quality of life. I am being treated for cancer which may be exacerbating mobility issues. Cannot walk with walker now.

Dr Patel and his team are angels.I feel in good hands for my major medical concern

Doc.Patel was awesome. He explained most everything to me I didn't understand some of it but that's a uneducated in that area for me, not him.He did try and explain as best he could.. I am very grateful to him for being honest with me cause I can look up what I don't understand, and know my doc knows what he's doing.

He listened and is willing to help and when a doctor listens to you that means a lot.

We were seeing Dr. Patel as a surgery follow-up. He and his team are good communicators but this was the first time to meet with the doctor in person, outside of surgery, usually an assistant met with the patient. Clinic experience is very good, acceptable. If I contrast this with the hospital stay experience, there is a very different opinion about care.

Dr Patel was very professional,in every way. I look forward to seeing him in the future! Everything was excellent with this visit!!

He was in surgery that is why he was late. I am always happy to wait for the doctor because I know he will take the time with me too!

Provider seemed rush, but went over my results with me. This was the first time seeing this provider. It took me quite some time to get everything set up for an appointment, including seeing another provider three weeks prior and then being told I needed to see Dr. Patel. The whole system just seems to take very long to get appointments. That may be needed for another survey but I liked Dr. Patel and will not be seeing him for another year unless I have issues.

I am too complex to get an accurate diagnosis all at once. I do appreciate dr. Patel 's afford to help.

My providers are genuine, caring, and great at listening to my health concerns. As a team with me, they work on getting to the bottom of any issues I may be experiencing. They work swiftly with no hesitation if they feel there Is a test/labs I should have or get, in resolving the matter.

I think Dr. Patel and his team, including the office personnel, are competent, professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. These were the folks I saw in person. On the other hand, trying to schedule this appt. Was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE! I was put on hold repeatedly for over 40 minutes more than once, I was hung-up on, I submitted my phone number numerous times so that I could be called back at your convenience, and never received a return phone call, I was told by a real human being that my "care coordinator" would call me back with answers for my issues, that never happened.
