Martha Short is the best. Besides being experienced and very knowledgeable, she was kind and comforting during my DBS. She definitely made the process much less scarey. Can't wait to get my second hand done. Thank you Martha!

My only suggestion is spend more time answering questions. Martha is obviously very knowledgeable but seemed to be rushed and a bit distracted. With the problem of not enough people to fill positions, it's understandable, but still frustrating.
