Dr. Chan reviewed the detailed summary information that I provided relevant to the condition that I saw him for. He related that to the clinical findings that helped him understand what further testing and surgery were indicated.

I was referred to Dr. Chan for specific follow-up, but by the time an appointment was available, the condition was not present. Dr. Chan may be very knowledgeable but he seemed rushed and disinterested in my questions and concerns during the appointment.

Excellent experience made me fill at ease and confident that he could help me with my health issues.

He was a great listener, do a thorough review, quickly developed a plan, answered questions and then summarized everything easily.

Prior to meeting Dr Chan I knew very little about Otolaryngology. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He had a pre-med student transcribing notes. I would like to have schmoozed them more about ENT medicine, but they had other patients to see.

Dr Chan is very nice but his approach is more of a scientist rather than a health care provider.

I think all of service is good to me.

I really liked Dr. Chan. He seemed under some pressure to get another patient. But when I asked an additional question, he did stay to answer it. I really liked his sense of humor. He immediately put me at ease.

1st time meeting Dr. Vincent. He seems to be very knowledgeable. I waited a long time to get to see him. He was pretty rush to check new patient. He needs to listen to his patient's concerns. And he should not make light of the symptoms and joke about it.

Listened to my problems. Suggested some possible causes and sent me home with literature which was helpful.
