I was referred to Dr. Chapman due to another back fusion surgery which I did not want to get and thought it was the only option Dr. Chapman however had an alternative to the fusion which I was very thankful and very happy Coflex decompression I thought a second opinion would be a waste of time but I am very grateful that Dr. Chapman was able to see me and looking forward to my appointment

Jens Chapman is a gifted surgeon with empathy and compassion. I've had spinal surgery 5 times, once with Chapman, and it was the most positive neurosurgery I've experienced. Team was caring and kind and supportive. Thus far I've sent Dr Chapman at least 10 people with back issues. I went to Dr. Chapman for a second opinion on my neck and he and his Fellow were both excellent at explaining the cervical issue I have, unlike the Orthopedic I visited that left me confused and dismayed. Because surgery for C7 and T1 can result in other issues, we decided to wait. Dr. Chapman Instead showed me exercises to help prevent it from getting worse and sent a packet of the exercises home with me, which I am currently using. I feel very good about the visit and trust Dr. Chapman completely.

Our virtual visit went very well thanks to the tech team who provided link information in a timely manner, contacted us the morning of the visit to be sure we had no questions. The visit with Dr. Chapman went well, and he listened carefully to our concerns, had x-rays available for us to see and was able to come up with a good treatment plan.

Good. I have to long to see the provider. Two hours. The provider make a good physical exam and explain everything clearly and give orders to make labs and continue searching my condition and plan my treatment.

Routine follow up now at every year following lumbar fusion. I am stable. With slowly progressing degeneration of my spine. Dr.Chapman and I have mapped out a plan for the future care of my spin.

Dr. Chapman struck me the same way that his reputation had proceeded him very intelligent, very knowledgeable, very on the ball'. I feel fortunate to have the medical attention that he so obviously provides.

Dr Chapman and his team were very caring and professional. He gave me answers to a prob!em I have been having for several years. I came to see Dr Chapman for a consult regarding back surgery and discovered I need a hip replacement first. I have seen several Dr's and had several x-rays and not one of them noticed a problem with my hip. I thank Dr Chapman for giving me an answer for the extreme pain I have been having. I will definitely follow up with him when the hip has been taken care of and hopefully take care of the back pain.

I hold Dr. Chapman and his staff in the highest regard. During my visit, I was called into the exam room within ten or fifteen minutes of my scheduled appointment. The assistant thoroughly updated my medical information, and my wait for Dr. Chapman was brief. He had carefully reviewed my records and my most recent x-ray and conducted his physical exam efficiently. I was again impressed by how well he recalled medical details, despite a year having elapsed since my prior visit. Dr. Chapman communicates directly, clearly, politely, and with understated humor. I have utmost confidence in his expertise and skill and will unquestionably entrust my care to him in the future if I have any medical needs related to the treatment of my spine. I am extremely grateful to be his patient and can't recommend him highly enough.

All the people I was on contract with Swedish Cherry Hill were very professional and kind. When I go or call Dr. Chapman office always listen and understanding. I couldn't find a better doctor and staff. Thank you for having them in your network.

Dr. Chapman may run a little behind but that is because he spends time with you and addresses all your questions. He even gives you exercises and advice that provide future issues from occurring.

I love that he is a conservative surgeon who won't do surgery if he doesn't think it will make a significant improvement in your condition. Dr Chapman's is the best!

Dr. Chapman is an excellent condition. He took an excellent history. Did a thorough exam reviewed my MRI and explained my diagnosis and options in a thoughtful, methodical, and very patient care centered way. His staff was excellent. Very caring and kind and provided excellent discharge paperwork with exercises medication's and next steps. Dr. Chapman was very busy that day, but took time with me and did not rush through my appointment.

I have recommended and referred acquaintances to SNI several times. Dr. Chapman's team and peers are exceptionally good people, and I can't think of anyplace I would recommend more highly. To-date, they have provided care to my father (before me), my wife (because of the experience with my father), me, and my mother. My own primary care provider referred his son to SNI. I have spoken highly of the entire team at Swedish to several other people I felt would benefit from their care!

Dr Chapman and the Fellow were both genuine in the manner in which they spoke to me. They were both knowledgeable and gave some different outlook for me to consider. After the CMA completed my vitals and check in, I waited almost a full hour for my provider in the room. He did apologize but I felt that was an excessively long wait. He was very thorough and I did not feel rushed. If he sees every patient that way, I can see that is a reason he was so behind. The provider had "a good bedside manner", he was personable and friendly, which is appreciated.
